Creagh supplied its Rapidres® precast system for Guildford Crescent, Cardiff’s tallest building, integrating structure, façade, floors and finishes. The architectural precast envelope replaced aluminium cladding, enabled rapid 31-storey construction, improved quality and safety, and delivered measurable carbon savings through hollowcore slabs and factory-controlled manufacture.
Decomo supplied the architectural precast façade for The Network Building on Tottenham Court Road, including large double-bay panels, corner units, piers, benches and soffits. Its crafted pigmented finishes, offsite glazing integration and carefully detailed joints helped create a striking, sustainable commercial landmark with strong architectural identity.
Explore Manufacturing supplied and installed the Ellison Institute of Technology’s extensive structural and architectural precast package, including columns, beams, slabs, twin walls and façade units. Early collaboration, BIM coordination, bespoke mixes and factory manufacture enabled high-quality finishes, safer construction, reduced site work and reliable delivery for this Oxford campus.
Plean Precast delivered the complex precast package for Barge Crescent which sits in a sensitive Southwark Conservation Area. It manufactured 144 panels, beams, slabs and sculptural columns, preserving the architect’s façade vision with acid-etched limestone concrete while managing sequencing, storage and restart challenges on a constrained London site. Techrete designed, manufactured and installed 427 large-format precast façade panels for One Linear Place in Nine Elms. Their three-storey, window-integrated units reduced interfaces, labour and programme pressure, while bespoke voids, handling systems, moulds and trials enabled safe installation of a striking high-rise residential façade. Techrete supplied 360 reconstructed stone precast panels for Stoke Goods Yard, creating a scalloped red façade inspired by Stoke-on-Trent’s industrial and pottery heritage. A bespoke low-carbon concrete mix, rigorous testing and repeatable manufacture delivered colour consistency, architectural expression and estimated carbon savings of 87,234 kg CO₂e.
